Sweet Heart Pancakes

1 3/4 cups flour

2 tbsp sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 can whipped cream

Strawberries

 

In a large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.  In a medium bowl beat eggs, and add milk, oil and lemon juice; stir into dry ingredients.  Pour batter, 1/3 cup at a time, onto hot griddle in heart shapes.  Turn pancakes when bubbles form on top.  Cook to golden brown.  Remove from griddle and decorate with whip cream and strawberries.
