Quail With White Grapes
- 4 quails
- 2 medium bunches of grapes
- Brown the quail in the oven without additional fat
- Remove the seeds and peel the white grapes
- Cook grapes in a warm oven in a none stick surface pan.
- Place the browned quails on the white grapes a few minutes before the cooking time is finished.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
