Quail With White Grapes

Ingredients:

  • 4 quails
  • 2 medium bunches of grapes

Method:

  1. Brown the quail in the oven without additional fat
  2. Remove the seeds and peel the white grapes
  3. Cook grapes in a warm oven in a none stick surface pan.
  4. Place the browned quails on the white grapes a few minutes before the cooking time is finished.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
