Ingredients

3 lbs pork spareribs

Memphis Rub:

4 tsps paprika

2 tsps salt

2 tsps fresh ground black pepper

1 tsp cayenne

For Sauce:

2 cups ketchup

1 cup red wine vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup yellow mustard

1/2 cup brown sugar packed

1/2 tsp Louisiana hot sauce

Directions

Season ribs with Memphis rub and place on grill at 175° F. Cook ribs for 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches about 145° F. Blend together sauce ingredients, pour into a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Brush ribs continuously with barbecue sauce, turning ribs about every 10 minutes (For about 2 hours).
