Left Over Chicken Flatbread
1/4 cup shredded leftover chicken, tomatoes, spinach and mushrooms. Or you can use arugula, olives, be as creative as you choose!
1/4 cup shredded cheese of your choice.
1 flat bread such as naan or your choice
Preheat over to 375F. Brush top of flat bread with olive oil. Scatter toppings on the bread finishing with the shredded cheese. Sprinkle with Italian seasonings and garlic powder to taste. Bake about 10 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbly and the bread looks crispy.
