Ingredients

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup white sugar

1 tablespoon ginger

1 teaspoon cinnamon

3/4 cup of margarine

1 egg

1/4 cup molasses

Method:

Cream the margarine and sugar. Next, add the egg & molasses and then add the dry ingredients. Roll dough into balls coat in white sugar. Baking: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet, bake for 12-15 minutes or until cookies fall & crack.
