Ingredients

Crust:

  • 9” pan for crumb crust
  • 1¾ cup Graham Wafer crumbs
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup sugar (white
  • ½ cup margarine
  • Bake at 350 for 10 minutes

Filling:

  • 1 8oz pkg of plain cream cheese
  • 1 tin of Eagle Brand Milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice – needed for thickening
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tin of E.D. Smith’s Cherry Pie filling

Directions

Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Whip until fluffy. Gradually add Eagle Brand milk while continuing to beat and until well blended. Add lemon juice and vanilla, blend well. Pour into crust – chill 2 to 3 hours before garnishing. Top with E.D. Smith Cherry Pie filling.
