- 1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 30 (2 inch) unbaked tart shells
- Put raisins in a bowl and scald with boiling water, drain.
- While raisins are still warm add brown sugar, butter, beaten egg, salt and syrup
- Stir well for a few minutes then add the vanilla and nutmeg
- Place mix into unbaked pastry cups
- Bake at 400F for about 15 minutes. Let cool.
