1 lb large shrimp

1 green pepper

1 red pepper

1 red onion

1/4 cup lemon juice

Bamboo skewers

Cut peppers and onions into 1 inch pieces.  Thread shrimp and vegetables onto soaked bamboo skewers.  Cook on a BBQ for about 8 minutes, turning several times.  Baste with lemon juice.
